They are estimated for five groups of road user (car drivers, car passengers, motorcycle riders and pedestrians) tabulated for sex, age and each of five factors (time of day, day of week, season, State or Territory and holiday/non-holiday period). The sources of the data are the FORS Fatal File for 1984 and 1985, and the Survey of Day-to-Day Travel in Australia 1985/6. Report CR 84 is a summary of this report.
