By: Publication details: Washington DC Strategic Highway Research Program, 1994; SHRP-A-402, Description: 104 sSubject(s): Online resources: Bibl.nr: VTI P1407:402Location: Abstract: The influence of binder properties on the moisture susceptibility of asphalt-aggregate mixes was evaluated by using thirty-two mixes with a combination of eight asphalts and four aggregates. Four procedures were used to test the mixes. 1) Environmental Conditioning System, 2) Oregon State University Wheel Tracker, 3) SWK Pavement Engineering/University of Nottingham Wheel Tracker, and 4) Net Adsorption Test. Because the testing procedures differed, it was not appropriate to make direct comparisons of the results.
