This limited edition volume is an addendum to the main Federal Office of Road Safety research report CR 134 on "Passenger Cars and Occupant injury: Side impact Crashes" and additional volume to a previous supplementary volume CR95a. It provides additional case summaries of 278 additional crashed vehicles which contained 338 vehicle occupants who either attended accident and emergency departments or were hospitalised or killed. Its purpose is to provide illustrations of the extent of damage and the sources of injury for each occupant in the study. Cases are sorted by impact direction, change of velocity during the crash and seating position. Further details on specific cases may be available from the sponsor on request.
