In order to investigate this topic a case study has been performed at the Swedish National Road Administration (SNRA). The SNRA is an important actor in Sweden in the process of delivering traffic information services. In this process the SNRA is dependent of co-operation with other authorities as well as private service providers. The delivery of traffic information services depends on information exchange between different IS, and this exchange is based on national and international standards.
