This report describes modifications to the output statistics to incorporate the effects of freeway entrance ramp metering, freeway incident management, arterial signal coordination and arterial street access management. The technique was applied to the base year models for the eight TMMP study regions. The technique uses locally available data and an Excel@ spreadsheet-based process.
