On June 16, 2004 the Swedish Parliament, the Riksdag, adopted the Congestion Charges Law, with an annex relating to the Stockholm Trial. The trial is being fi nanced by state funding. The National Road Administration, Vägverket, was given responsibility for the technical design, and the City of Stockholm was tasked by the government with responsibility for evaluating the trial and providing information about it. This brochure is a brief summary of the results of these different evaluations. It is being distributed to households within Stockholm municipality.
