The information reported here has been obtained as the result of an enquiry sent by the author to experts in all European countries including Switzerland. The responses obtained cover nineteen countries. Among the received contributions, a state-of-the-art report from U. Sandberg [27] has been very useful in providing complementary information about some European countries as well as information about USA and Japan.
