The study is part of a project supported by the Nordic Council of Ministers that comprises development of a general Nordic Questionnaire for psychological and social factors at work. The aim of this report was a description of the psychosocial work environment, health and well-being among employees in a Swedish bus company. Research instrument was the QPSNordic together with questions about health and well-being from already established questionnaires. The response rate was 53 %. The results showed a workplace where the employees had very much to do, a high mental work load with much resonsibility where errors could have serious consequencies. The high work demand was highly correlated to exhaustion and burnt-out at work. There were though a strong sense of mastery and a rate of the own work ability as high. The work site was characterized by a fair leadership and a management that was interested in the health and well-being of the personnel.
