The Inter-Noise conference 2007 took place in Istanbul. The theme on road traffic noise was covered by a long series of sessions on different aspects like, noise reducing pavements, tyres, prediction models, barriers, annoyance, cost benefit analyses and soundscapes. The Danish Road Institute (DRI) gave 6 presentations. This tour report gives short introductions to the presentations on road traffic noise that were found interesting for the development and research within the field of road noise in Denmark and in the Nordic countries.
