It expands on references to soil and water contained in the NRPMG and specifically outlines the approach to be adopted in the consideration and treatment of geology, hydrology and hydrogeology at the Constraints Study, Route Corridor Selection and Preliminary Design / Environmental Impact Assessment phases.
