Dissemination activities are crucial for promoting the deployment of the AIDE results. Only if the results are widely deployed by the automotive industry, and accepted by the end users, they will have a real impact on road safety. The AIDE IP includes major efforts in this area. Dissemination is crucial for the AIDE IP in order to promote a common understanding between different stakeholders on the issues involved in the design of adaptive integrated driver vehicle interfaces. This will accelerate the adoption of AIDE methodologies and technologies and will increase their penetration, and hence their expected benefits in terms of safety, comfort and mobility. For the dissemination effort to be more effective, different communication channels need to be used. A carefully structured dissemination plan is able to direct the information transmitted to the most relevant and interested people. The communication channels used for AIDE project is the development of a project's website, the printing of leaflets and posters, the dissemination of regular newsletters, the forming of different Forums on specific issues and of course the publication of scientific articles to journals, conference and workshop proceedings, lectures, etc. Also project presentation to various events can be considered as a direct dissemination of the project's research activities. All these dissemination activities, realized or scheduled, are described in detail in this document. In addition, due to the large size of the consortium and the complexity of the workplan, a specific publication strategy was set up in order to monitor and record the project publication. The publication strategy is also described here and the project publications so far are listed. This document intents to present the dissemination plan developed for AIDE project.
