To achieve a seamless effective collaboration where services can be reused, the parts have to give access to services to share information and they have to be prepared to dynamically incorporate new parts in the area of collaboration. Network centric is a concept that includes services that makes it possible to achieve collaboration between different parties and share information to gain efficiency in the intelligent transportation system (ITS). To make this possible, trust has to be built in that concept. Without trust in this dynamical world, the operational use is not obtained. The netcentric information security solution is described in this paper as a solution makes it possible to increase the efficiency of the ITS by the ability to gather and sharing information. The solution is described by the required attributes: awareness; flexibility; efficiency; and trust.
