First method is named "Cell Side Probe". That is one kind of network based cellular probe, but only uses Location Registration data. It can also collect traffic volume and it can estimate OD area. Second method is named "DR-Probe". This is one kind of handset based cellular probe, but can only collect Cell-ID. Data collection can be continued for a few days. It can also collect high precision link flow data. Third method is to estimate OD volume and path flow from the above data. In conclusion, to collect sufficient data, this basic business model is suggested.
