The limit for legal pollution related to nitrogen dioxide, are exceeded in several Norwegian cities. In order to legally drive a heavy vehicle registered as a euro class 4 or lower, charge must be paid. The electronic devices that are and will be used in Norwegian urban toll rings have to be used by all buses and heavy vehicles in the Norwegian low emission zone.
