The stakeholder requirements process is critical when developing a system in a rapidly evolving market. This paper explains the adopted approach, including the inherent methodological benefits and risks. It concludes that consultation with diverse stakeholders elicits an appropriate, acceptable and usable definition of a driver system that is distinguishable in the market place.
