The report deals with the following main topics: - Use of Sustainable Performance-Based Programs for Managing Pavements - Identifying Effective Communication Strategies to Promote Pavement Management Policies - Developing Agency Cultures to Support Pavement Management Policies - Availability of Techniques and Tools for Managing Pavements Effectively The report shows not only differences and similarities in technical matters, but also in organisational, fund raising, budget allocation, and implementation. The report also focuses on factors that affect the comparison of road condition as differences in measurement methods.
