This article proposes a methodology for simple measurement, one that accepts the indicators used on a scorecard with four perspectives and is hierarchized according to organizational level. The maintenance audit will evaluate the degree of fulfillment of objectives and the degree of satisfaction obtained from each of those perspectives.
