Moreover, it has identified target groups of drivers by attitudinal patterns and other less salient characteristics, to whom further educational and/or promotional efforts can be addressed most efficiently to increase the use of restraint systems. Finally, analysis of the study data has suggested some procedures for impIementing its conclusions most effectively.
