Implementation of an electric vehicle fire scenario in the fire impact tool

The tool provides examples of fires and allows responder to compare the impact of different extinguishment techniques. This report presents the methodology used to implement a new fire scenario to the tool: an Electric Vehicle (EV) fire. Same data as for the existing vehicle scenario had to be found and implemented in the new version of the tool, and some modifications or corrections were made.
