Föreliggande rapport utgör en första redovisning av regeringsuppdraget att utveckla statistik om transporter med avseende på elektrifiering. Förutom en plan för utveckling av statistiken med avseende på transportsektorns elektrifiering innehåller rapporten en redogörelse av statistikanvändarnas behov, en jämförelse av hur andra länder arbetar med statistikutveckling inom området samt en analys av vilken statistik om transporter som bör och kan utvecklas med avseende på elektrifiering.

Within the government commission to develop statistics on transport regarding electrification, Transport Analysis has carried out: - A survey to identify the users‘ needs for statistics on electrification of the transport sector. - An international comparison of the development of statistics on electrification of the transport sector. - An analysis of how transport statistics should and could be developed regarding electrification. The survey study, the international comparison and the analysis have resulted in a plan for the development of statistics on transport regarding electrification for the period 2024-2026.
