This report is based on an investigation in a previous project (Norsikt 2) where definitions of average daily traffic (ADT) in the Nordic countries were mapped and harmonized definitions were proposed. The report starts with a summary of these proposals. The report concludes with suggested harmonized definitions of average daily traffic (ADT), annual ADT (AADT), ADT for heavy traffic, ADT for weekdays and ADT for weekends.
