Projekt: REDO 2.0

Årshjulet och Challenge Archipelago är två innovativa verktyg som sätter fokus på social och organisatorisk hållbarhet. Med normkreativa metoder och spelifiering strävar dessa initiativ efter att skapa arbetsplatser där samarbete och ledarskap blomstrar. Övertygelsen om att alla bidrar till varandras arbetsmiljö genomsyrar hela projektet. Under en period av tre år har Svensk Sjöfart, RISE, Sjöfartsverket och flera rederier samarbetat för att utveckla, testa och utvärdera dessa verktyg, skräddarsydda för den unika miljön ombord på fartyg. Fokusgrupper från fem olika rederier deltog aktivt för att säkerställa att verktygen verkligen gör skillnad. Målet var att skapa verktyg som lätt kan anpassas och implementeras av alla aktörer inom branschen, vilket i sin tur bidrar till ett mer systematiskt och framgångsrikt arbetsmiljöarbete. Årshjulet är ett omfattande workshopmaterial som hjälper till att arbeta strukturerat med organisatorisk och social arbetsmiljö.

The Wheel of Inclusion and Challenge Archipelago are two innovative tools that focus on social and organizational sustainability. With norm-creative methods and gamification, these initiatives aim to create workplaces where cooperation and leadership flourish. The conviction that everyone contributes to each other's working environment permeates the entire project. Over a period of three years, the Swedish Maritime Administration, RISE, the Swedish Transport Agency, and several shipping companies have collaborated to develop, test, and evaluate these tools, tailored for the unique environment on board ships. Focus groups from five different shipping companies actively participated to ensure the tools truly make a difference. The goal was to create tools that can be easily adapted and implemented by all actors within the industry, which in turn contributes to a more systematic and successful work environment effort. The Wheel of Inclusion is a comprehensive workshop material that helps to work systematically with organizational and social work environments.
