Projektet Tillämpningsanvisningar BIM tar avstamp i den nationella standardiseringsstrategin för digital samhällsbyggnadsinformation som togs fram genom Smart Built Environment och SBUF 2021. Strategin identifierade behovet av branschgemensamma anvisningar för att skapa en mer samordnad och effektiv informationshantering inom samhällsbyggnadssektorn. Projektet Tillämpningsanvisningar BIM startades med ambitionen att skapa branschpraxis för tillämpning av tre centrala komponenter: processtandarden SS-EN ISO 19650, klassifikationssystemet CoClass och utbytesformatet IFC. Målet med projektet har varit att utveckla en enhetlig handledning för användning av dessa tre centrala komponenter. Tillämpningsanvisningarna ska fungera som ett stöd för att förbättra branschens arbetsprocesser och underlätta kommunikation och samarbete mellan aktörer. Syftet är att effektivisera och standardisera digital informationshantering inom samhällsbyggnadssektorn, vilket ska leda till förbättrad kvalitet, minskade kostnader och en mer hållbar samhällsbyggnadsprocess. Projektet har bedrivits genom ett strukturerat och iterativt arbetssätt som involverat flera arbetsgrupper med expertkompetens från olika delar av branschen. Genom bred samverkan både inom projektet och med övriga branschen via av en referensgrupp har projektet säkerställt att anvisningarna speglar aktuella behov och utmaningar i samhällsbyggnadssektorn. Resultatet är en uppsättning tillämpningsanvisningar för BIM som täcker den byggda miljöns hela livscykel, för både byggnader och infrastruktur, och som är praktiskt tillämpbara för branschens olika aktörer. The project BIM Guidelines is based on the national standardization strategy for digital built environment information developed through Smart Built Environment and SBUF 2021. The strategy identified the need for industry-wide guidelines to create more coordinated and efficient information management in the built environment sector. The project BIM Guidelines was launched with the ambition to create industry practices for the application of three key components: the SS-EN ISO 19650 process standard, the CoClass classification system and the IFC exchange format. The aim of the project has been to develop a uniform guide for the use of these three key components. The application instructions will serve as a support to improve the industry's work processes and facilitate communication and cooperation between actors. The aim is to streamline and standardize digital information management in the whole sector, leading to improved quality, reduced costs and a more sustainable process. The project has been conducted through a structured and iterative approach involving several working groups with expertise from different parts of the industry. Through broad collaboration both within the project and with the rest of the industry, via a reference group, the project has ensured that the guidelines reflect current needs and challenges in the built environment sector. The result is a set of BIM guidelines that cover the entire life cycle of the built environment, for both buildings and infrastructure, which are practically applicable to the various actors in the industry.
